Apply Premium DNS Templates to Zone Files

Premium DNS lets you create DNS templates and apply them to one or multiple zone files. If you have many domain names for which you manage the DNS, this feature lets you save time, rather than have to create zone records for each zone file individually.

After you configure a zone file template, you can apply it to one or more zone files in your Premium DNS Dashboard.

1. Log in to your GoWebsite account.
2. Next to Premium DNS, click Manage.
3. From the DNS menu at the top left of your account, select DNS Templates.



4. From the Advanced Features section, select Manage Templates.
5. Next to the template you want to use, click on the Apply Template icon:



6. Enter the domain names you want the template applied to, then click Apply Template.
