Applying a Minute Pack to Your Fax Thru Email Account

Here's the Lowdown: You can purchase Minute Packs to increase the Monthly Limit on your Fax Thru Email account. Minute Packs are available in 100-minute increments for Local and Toll-Free Plans.

Note: If you do not have any minute packs to apply, click the Additional Fax Thru Email Minute Packs hyperlink to purchase additional packs.

To Apply a Minute Pack to your Fax Thru Email Account

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. From My Products, click Fax Thru Email.
3. Select the phone number link of the fax account you want to modify.
4. In the Account Details panel under Add Minute Pack to this Account, select an available 100-minute pack and click Apply Credit.

The minute pack is applied to your account. To verify the minutes on your account, open your Fax Thru Email account, and go to the History page. Your new Minute Pack(s) are added to your history as a credit and also viewable on the Account Overview panel.

NOTE: Minutes for Local Plans are used during send only. Minutes for Toll-Free Plans are used when you send and receive faxes.
