Changing Your Online Storage Password in the Workspace Control Center

If you forget your Online Storage password, you can change it in the Workspace Control Center.

To Change Your Online Storage Password

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click Online Storage.
3. Next to the account you want, click Manage.
4. Click View Files.
5. Select the account you want to change, hover over the menu icon, and then click Edit.
6. Enter and confirm your new password.
7. Click Save.

Your password takes up to 30 minutes to change.
