Creating a Public Link in Online Storage

Online Storage lets you create a Public Link to share your files and folders.

To Create a Public Link in Online Storage

1. Log in to Online Storage.
2. Locate and select the file or folder you want to share.
3. Right-click a file or folder, and then click Public Link.
4. Click OK.

To Remove a Public Link in Online Storage

1. Log in to Online Storage.
2. Right-click the file or folder you want to manage.
3. Click Manage Public Link.
4. Click Yes.

On the file or folder, if you hover over the Public Link icon, the creation date and the number of downloads of the Public Link displays.
