No, Express Email Marketing does not provide a list of subscribers for your email campaigns. You must add your own subscriber email addresses to send email campaigns using Express Email Marketing.
There are two options for adding subscriber email addresses to your list. You can import a list of subscribers who have given you permission to send them email messages. Additionally, you can add a link to your website for visitors to opt in to your email campaigns.
