Hosted Exchange Email Account Limitations
The following limitations apply to our Hosted Exchange email accounts:
- Recipients — 100 recipients per message
- Recipient Rate — 2,000 messages per 24 hours
- Attachment Size — 20 MB per attachment, totaling 20 MB for all attachments
- Email Size — 30 MB per message, including attachments
- Contacts — 1,000 contacts on the organization's global address list
- Distribution Lists — 100 contacts per distribution list
- Message Rate — 30 messages per minute
- ActiveSync Devices — 4 devices per account
- User Name Restrictions— anonymous, local, proxy, restricted, users, world, internet, builtin, dialup, interactive, localsystem, network, networkservice, self, server, service, system, terminal server, and thisorganization
