Importing a Code Signing Certificate into Firefox

You can import code-signing certificates into Firefox.

To Import a Certificate into Firefox on a PC

  1. From the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click Certificates, and then click View Certificates and then click Import.
  3. Navigate to your SPC file and click OK. Ignore any warnings that may appear.

Your certificate is now visible in the Mozilla Firefox Certificate Manager.

To Import a Certificate into Firefox on a Mac

  1. From the Firefox menu, select Preferences.
  2. Go to the Certificates tab.
  3. Click View Certificates.
  4. Click Import...
  5. Navigate to your SPC file and click OK. Ignore any warnings that may appear.

Your certificate is now visible in the Mozilla Firefox Certificate Manager.
