Logging into Your Account
You log into the Account Manager to access your account-specific products and information.
NOTE: If this is not your account information, click Logout and try logging in again.
Through your Account Manager, you can view your customer name and number in the Welcome section at the top of the page, access product and account information using the links in the left panel, and view or access domains, account notifications, recent orders, and email solutions using the middle section.
From the left panel, click the section title to collapse or expand the options for that section. Click the link for the product or service you want to access. You can access products and information in the following sections:
- My Products
- The products and services you purchased through us.
- My Account
- Your account settings and details such as your contact and payment information.
- My Renewals & Upgrades
- The products and services for which you can renew or to which you can upgrade.
- Recommended Products
- A list of the products and services we offer to help your online presence.
From the middle section, access information in the following areas:
- Domains
- View a short list of your domains, search for a specific domain, and access domain details for a specific domain.
- Account Notifications
- View your alerts and account notifications.
- Recent Orders
- View a snapshot of your recent orders and view the invoices for those orders.
- Email Solutions
- Log in to your email account or access your calendar.
To Log into Your Account
- At the top of the home page, in the Username/Customer # field, enter the user name or customer number for your account.
- In the Password field, enter the password you created for your customer account.
- Click GO!.
The Account Manager opens.
