Managing Groups and Users in Calendar

Through Calendar, you can edit and delete groups and users at any time.

To Rename a Group

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. In Calendar section, locate the group you want to manage, and then click the white triangle to the right of the calendar name.
  3. Select Rename Group, and then enter the new name for the group.
  4. Click Rename & Save.

To Delete a Group

CAUTION: Deleting a group permanently deletes files and information associated with the group, such as group calendars, events, resources, and files.

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. In Calendar section, locate the group you want to manage, and then click the white triangle to the right of the calendar name.
  3. Select Delete Group, and then click Yes.

To Edit or Delete a Member

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. In Calendar section, locate the group you want to manage, and then click the white triangle to the right of the calendar name.
  3. Select Edit Members.
  4. (Optional) To delete a member, click X next to the user, and then click OK.
  5. (Optional) To edit the permissions of a user, click Yes or No in the Admin section to toggle between the two options.
