Managing Your Online File Folder Settings
To access your Online File Folder's® settings, go to the Settings menu, and then select either Personal Settings or File Settings, depending on which settings you want to modify.
Personal Settings
- Set Email Identity — When sending files or links in email messages, this name is used as the "From" value.
- Set Password — You can change your Online File Folder password by entering your current password, a new password, and confirming your new password.
Make any desired modifications, and then click OK.
File Settings
- Set Upload Options — Select Online File Folder's behavior when you upload a file with the same name as an existing file.
- File Editing Tool Options — Select whether or not you want Online File Folder's File Editing Tool to open files when you double-click them. This option only displays if you have installed Workspace Desktop.
- Set Dropbox Options — Select the options to let your Online File Folder receive files through email. For more information, see Receiving Files through Email with Online File Folder.
Make any desired modifications, and then click OK.
