Moving an Email Address to Another Plan in the Workspace Control Center

You can move an email address from one plan to another. For example, you might want to move an email address to a plan with more available storage space.

To Move an Email Address to Another Plan

1. Log in to your GoWebsite account.
2. Click Workspace Email.
3. Next to the account you want to work with, click Manage.
4. Click View Email.
5. Select the email address you want to move, and then click Switch Plans.

   To more easily locate the email address you want to move, from the Tools menu, select View All Email Plans, expand the email plan that contains the address you want to move. Then, next to the email address you want to move, click the arrow to access the Options menu, and then select Switch Plans.

6. Select the plan where you want to move the email address, and then click OK.
