Outlook (Windows): Manually Add Autodiscover SRV Record

If you want to use Microsoft© Outlook on a Windows PC with your Workspace email, you can add an autodiscover SRV (Service) record to your domain zone files. This allows you to set up Outlook with only your email address and password.

If your domain is registered in the same account as your email, just turn on Outlook Easy Setup, to have this done automatically.

1. Log in to the account where your domain is registered, and find where to add an SRV record.
2. Enter the following details:
   

   SRV record field	Enter this...
   Name	@
   Target	autodiscover.secureserver.net
   Protocol	_tcp
   Service	_autodiscover
   Priority	0
   Weight	0
   Port	443
   TTL	1 hour

3. Save your new SRV record.

And now when you set up Outlook, you only need to enter your email address and password.
