If you need to help someone manage a GoWebsite account, you can request Account Access from the account owner. Using Account Access, you can enter the account without needing the password and manage supported products in it.
Account Access is not reciprocal, i.e. if an account owner gives you Account Access to his account, he cannot enter your account.

|Account holder name||Enter the name of the person whose account you want to access. They will see the name you enter in the email notifying them of the access. You'll also continue to see this name in your list of accounts you can enter.|
|Account holder email||Enter the account owner's email address. This doesn't have to be the email address on their GoWebsite account, but it is where they will receive the request.|
|Access level||Select the Access level you want to request. However, the user can decide to give you a different level of access.|
We'll email the owner a request to establish an Account Access relationship. Once the request's accepted, we'll email you a final confirmation.
