Requesting an Update to Your Website

Using the Design Manager, you can easily request updates to your website.
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- From My Products, select your design service.
- Click View Project next to the account you want to use.
- A list displays if you have multiple accounts. If necessary, select the account you want to use.
- From the Design Manager home page, click Design Updates (located on the top, right of the page).
- Click the Create New Project hyperlink next to the account you want to update. If the hyperlink does not display, your designer is currently designing or updating your Website. For information about sending a message to your designer, see Sending and Viewing Messages.
- In the Update Request field, describe the changes you are requesting.
- Click Submit Request. Your Website will be updated shortly. You will be contacted with any questions from the Design Team.
NOTE: You must have a new project in progress or an open ticket to be able to send files.
