Resending an Express Email Marketing Campaign

You can resend an Express Email Marketing® campaign to contacts who did not originally receive it because of a bounceback or non-validated opt-in status.

To Resend an Express Email Marketing Campaign

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click Express Email Marketing.
3. Click Launch for the Express Email Marketing account you want to manage.
4. Go to the Campaigns tab. The View Email Campaigns page displays.
5. Find the existing campaign you want to resend, and then select one of the following:
   • Click to resend the campaign to new Contacts.
   • Click to resend the campaign to bounced Contacts.
6. Click OK. The campaign scheduler immediately sends the campaign to the previously omitted recipients.

NOTE: You cannot resend campaigns to certain types of bouncebacks. See Can I re-send an Express Email Marketing campaign? for more information.
