Send Files to Professional Web Services Specialist

With the Design Manager, you can easily send files to the Professional Web Services team to use for your PWS project. This can include images, text, or any other content for your Website or logo. You can log in and view files you have sent. Once you do, it's also easy to remove files you no longer want to use.

You must have a new project in progress or an open ticket to be able to send files.

Send a Single File to PWS Team

If you want to make a small update to your project, the fastest and easiest way is to upload a single file to the Design Manager, where the PWS team can access it.

To Send a Single File to the Design Specialist

Log in to your GoWebsite account.
Select one of the following:
- Dream Web Design — Website and Web Store Design Services
  - Next to the project you want to work with, click Options.
  - Click View Project.
- Custom Design Services — Logo and other Custom Design Services
  - Next to the project you want to work with, click Manage.
Go to the Actions menu for the account you want to use, and click Manage Files.
From the Send a File section, click Browse.
Select the file you want to send and click Open. Your file displays in the Send a File section.
Click Upload. You file uploads.
To view your file, click the Files tab. Your file displays in the files section, where the PWS team can access it.

Send Multiple Files to PWS Team

If you need to send the PWS team several files at once, you can do so with the Multiple File Upload feature.

To Send Multiple Files to the PWS Team

Log in to your GoWebsite account.
Select one of the following:
- Dream Web Design: Website and Web Store Design Services
  - Next to the project you want to work with, click Options.
  - Click View Project.
- Custom Design Services: Logo and other Custom Design Services
  - Next to the project you want to work with, click Manage.
Go to the Actions menu for the account you want to use, and click Manage Files.
In the Send a File section, click Multiple File Upload.
From the Upload Files section, click Browse.
Select the files that you want to upload and Click Open.
When you have selected all the files you want to send, click Upload. To clear all the field and start over, click Clear All. Your files upload.
To view your files, click the Files tab. Your file displays in the files section.

Deleting Files from Your Project

If you decide you no longer want to use a file you uploaded to the Design Manager, you can delete it. Once removed, our PWS team will not have access to those files to use for your project.

To Delete Files from Your Project

Log in to your GoWebsite account.
Select one of the following:
- Dream Web Design: Website and Web Store Design Services
  - Next to the project you want to work with, click Options.
  - Click View Project.
- Custom Design Services: Logo and other Custom Design Services
  - Next to the project you want to work with, click Manage.
Go to the Actions menu for the account you want to use, and click Manage Files.
Go to the files you want to delete, and then click the red X. The file is deleted.
