Setting up Account Administrators in Website Builder
By setting up Account Administrators, you can let people log in to your Website Builder account without giving them access to the rest of your account. It's useful for people who need to manage your website such as Web designers.
When you add Account Administrators, Website Builder emails invitations to the specified people. Once recipients accept, you can activate them. Account Administrators can log in at http://login.websitetonight.com with the Website Builder domain name, and their customer number and password. You can easily deactivate Account Administrators at any time.
To Set Up Account Administrators in Website Builder
- Log in to your Website Builder account.
- If you are working in the Page Designer, click Exit Designer.
- From the Manage menu, select Account Administrators.
- Click Add Account Administrator. The Add Account Administrator window displays.
- Complete the required fields, and then click OK. Website Builder sends an invitation.
- Allow the recipient to accept your invitation. (Account Administrator will not display until recipient accepts invitation.)
- Next to the recipient you want to add, in the Actions section, click Assign Permissions.
- To deactivate an Account Administrator, in the Actions section, click Remove Permissions.
- Click OK.
