Setting up Your Express Email Marketing Account

Express Email Marketing® is an online service that connects you with your customers, members, and contacts through permission-based email marketing. Express Email Marketing helps you build and maintain a 100% permission-based subscriber list, nurture customer relationships, and increase your business through the scheduled delivery of email newsletters, announcements, promotions, and other targeted email campaigns.

To Set Up Your Express Email Marketing Account

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click Express Email Marketing.
3. Click Launch next to the new account you want to set up.
4. Select your time zone, and then click Go to Getting Started.
5. Under the Home tab, click Account Settings.
6. Enter your Company Information.
7. Select your Time Zone.
8. In From Address, enter the email address you want displayed in the From address on campaign mailings.
9. In Reply-To Address, enter the email address you want displayed in the Reply To address on your campaign mailings.
10. In Reporting Address, enter the email address you want to receive account-related emails.
11. Optional: In Company Logo, enter the URL for your company's logo or click Select to select an image from the Image Gallery.
12. Optional: In Logo Link, enter the URL for the website you want to link from your logo.
13. Optional: Select Email Options for how you want to handle undeliverable email campaigns.
14. Optional: In Social Visibility, select the frequency for updates and the number of updates per request.
15. Click OK.

After you set up your account, check the email account you provided as the From address for an email containing instructions to confirm your account.
