Upgrading or Downgrading Your Microsoft Email Plan

To Upgrade or Downgrade Your Microsoft Email Account Plan

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Email.
  3. Above the Email Accounts list, click Microsoft Email Plans.
  4. On the Manage Microsoft Email page, click the name of the account you want to upgrade or downgrade.
  5. In the Account Details section, click the Upgrade/Downgrade Account link.
  6. In the Upgrade/Downgrade Options section, select the Microsoft Email plan that you want and then click Continue.
  7. In the shopping cart, review the list of products that you are purchasing, select a payment method, read and confirm you have read the Universal Terms of Service, and then click Checkout Now to complete your transaction.

NOTE: If you are upgrading an existing email account to Microsoft Email with Mobile, call to have one of our support representatives reset the account for you.
