Viewing Exceptions for Preset Profiles
If direct updates to domain names cause exceptions to their associated preset profiles, you can use these instructions to view the exceptions.
Exceptions are normal and do not indicate a problem.
To View Exceptions for a Preset Profile
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Next to Domains, click Launch.
- Click the Preset Profiles folder.
- In Exceptions, click the profile that contains the exceptions you want to view.
The Preset Profile Details page displays. You can view exceptions in the Exception Log area of the page. See Managing Domain Name Preset Profiles for information on synchronizing the exceptions.
