Why does my FastCGI process fail to run?
NOTE: This article applies to Deluxe and Unlimited Hosting accounts using Hosting Configuration 2.0 and above.
When a FastCGI process fails three times within a thirty second period, we prevent it from running again for 600 seconds. This safeguards against poorly-performing FastCGI code that runs indiscriminately.
