Adding Domain Aliases to Your cPanel Shared Hosting Account

Using Aliases, cPanel lets you add domains to your hosting account and have them load your primary hosted domain name's website or redirect elsewhere.

cPanel also refers to these as "parked" domains.

To Add Domain Aliases

  1. Log in to your GoWebsite account.
  2. Click Web Hosting.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. In the Domains section, click Aliases.
  5. Enter the domain you want to use, and then click Add Domain.

If you want to point the domain somewhere other than your primary domain name's document root (public_html), click the gear (Manage Redirection).
