Adding Secondary FTP Users to Plesk Servers

With Parallels Plesk Panel, you can set up additional FTP users.

To Add Secondary FTP Users with Plesk 10.x and 11.x

  1. Log in to your Plesk Control Panel.
  2. Go to the Domains tab, and then click your domain.
  3. Go to the Websites & Domains tab.
  4. Click FTP Access.

    If you don't see the icon, click Show More in the section for the domain name you want to use, and then click FTP Access.

  5. Click Create Additional FTP Account.
  6. Complete the on-screen fields, and then click OK.

    You can find the path to the directory you want to use by clicking the folder next to Home directory.

To Add Secondary FTP Users with Plesk 9.x

  1. Log in to your Plesk Control Panel.
  2. Click Domains.
  3. Click the domain you want to use.
  4. Click FTP Accounts.
  5. Click Add New FTP Account.
  6. Complete the on-screen fields, and then click OK.
