Downloading Multiple Photos

This information applies to Website Builder accounts purchased after March 10, 2011. To verify the date of your purchase see Find your GoWebsite receipts.

Using Website Builder you can download multiple files you might have previously uploaded to the application.

To Download Multiple Photos from Website Builder

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click Website Builder.
3. In your Website Builder Account list, click Manage next to the account you want to modify.
4. Click Photos and Videos, and then select the gallery you wish to download photos from.
5. Click Manage Photos.
6. Place check marks by the photos that you wish to download.
7. From the Apply this action drop-down box, select Download Photos.

The photos you have selected will download as a single ZIP file. After the download is complete, unzip the file to access your photos.
