Forgot your username to log in to GoWebsite?

If you cannot log in to your GoWebsite account, we can email you your customer number (which you can use as your username).

1. Go to the Retrieve Username page.
2. Complete the following fields:

   Field	Do this...
   Domain name on file	Enter any domain name in your account
   Email address on file	Enter the email address on your GoWebsite account.
   Security challenge	Enter the text that dispays

3. Click Submit.

You'll receive an email to the address on file with your customer number in a few minutes.
