Google Chrome: Clear My Browser Cache

Clearing your browser cache can remedy a lot of problems you might see with your webmail. Please remember that clearing your browser cache may also remove any stored passwords, or auto-fill data.

  1. In Chrome, in the top right corner, click the 3-line button (Customize and control Google Chrome).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom, and click Show advanced settings...
  4. Under Privacy, click Clear browsing data...
  5. From the Obliterate the following items for: list, choose the beginning of time.
  6. Select Cookies and other Website and plug-in data.
  7. Select Cached images and files.
  8. Deselect everything else, so that only those two options are checked.
  9. Click Clear browsing data.
