If you're using two-factor authentication and aren't receiving the codes we send you, use the following information to troubleshoot the issue.
Situation | Solution |

Located in India | If you're using a phone number based in India, our text message provider Twilio might have problems reaching you. For help with this, see Are there limitations on sending SMS messages to Indian mobile devices? |
Carrier blocking number | If you carrier blocks +1 (480) 351-0103, they must unblock it before you can receive 2-Step Verification codes. |
If you still cannot receive the codes, you can contact customer support to have the feature disabled from your account.
