While junk email might be worth a laugh or two, it's not funny when it overruns your Inbox. You can use Workspace Webmail's features for spam management to prevent unsolicited junk email from clogging up your Inbox.
Managing how you receive your spam is simple to set up and control.
When you mark an email as spam, Workspace Webmail applies the action you selected when you set up spam filters.
Marking an email as not being spam automatically adds that address to your Allowed List, handling future emails from that sender as regular mail.
Automatically purging email addresses (firstname.lastname@example.org) or domain names (coolexample.com) immediately purges all emails from those email addresses or domains, so you never see them.
Warning: Because emails from auto-purged senders aren't delivered, they can't be recovered.
Blocking email addresses (email@example.com) or domain names (coolexample.com) treats emails from those email addresses or domains as spam, and then filters them based on your spam settings.
Allowing email addresses or domain names never marks email from them as spam. If you select Restricted Mode when you set up spam filters, senders must be on your Allowed List for their emails to deliver to your Inbox.
To remove email addresses or domains from the Allowed, Blocked, or Auto Purge list tab, select it, and then click Delete.
