Using Billing Sync

Billing Sync lets you renew many of our products to a date you specify, letting you align your products' expiration dates. Find a list of products available for Billing Sync here:

When you renew products through Billing Sync, it automatically renews them for one renewal period plus the additional time to synchronize the expiration date to the date you selected. For example, if you use Billing Sync with a yearly hosting account, it renews the account for one year plus the additional time to synchronize the date.

To Use Billing Sync

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Go to the Payments tab.
  3. Click Billing Sync.
  4. Select the products you want to synchronize, and then click Synchronize Accounts.
  5. On the right, select the date to which you want to renew them, and then click Save Changes.
  6. Complete your renewal.
