What are Premium DNS templates?

Premium DNS lets you create DNS templates to store sets of DNS information that you can easily apply to domain names. This saves you time by automatically configuring domain names' DNS, instead of you manually entering the settings for each domain name you want to use.

For example, a webmaster might have one template for all of his customer's domain names to point them to his server with us, and another template for all of his personal domain names to point elsewhere.

When you apply a template to a domain name, you replace all DNS records in its existing zone file with the records in the template. To add or edit a single record and apply the change to multiple zone files, you can use Bulk Copy in the Zone File Editor.
