What is assisted service plan for my VPS?
Assisted Service Plan is a Virtual Private Server (VPS) option that shifts the responsibility of set up, monitoring, maintenance, security, and patching of your server to our server support team. With Assisted Service Plan, custom support services are also available for an hourly rate. Assisted Service Plan servers remove your root/system-level access but allow control over all other aspects of your server.
Assisted Service Plan servers use Parallels Plesk Panel. Windows servers run the Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system. Linux servers run on the CentOS operating system. Assisted Service Plan can be purchased with or added to a server.
