The following restrictions apply to Microsoft Bing™ and Yahoo!® Search Credits:
- This offer is available only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.
- This offer expires June 30, 2013 (midnight PST) and applies only to new adCenter advertisers.
- Any unused portion of your ad credit expires 90 days after activation.
- You must manually stop ads when your ad credit is depleted or within 90 days of activation, whichever comes first, or you will be charged for additional advertising clicks.
- This offer is limited to one ad credit per customer.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, separated, redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or bartered.
- adCenter requires a minimum bid of $0.05 per click.
