If you received one email message with your customer number, it is possible that someone entered the wrong information while in the Account Assistance. This may have triggered the system to send your customer number to you, instead of that person getting their customer number sent to them. In this instance, you may simply ignore the email message.
However, if you receive multiple copies of this message in succession, someone may be trying to gain access to your account. In this case, we strongly encourage you to log in to your account, confirm that your information is correct, and update your password to prevent any unauthorized access to your account.
