1. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
2. From the Settings section, click FTP Users.
3. Next to the user you want to update, click Actions, and then select Details.
4. To change this user's password, click Reset. Enter and confirm a new password, and then click Update.
5. To change this user's working directory, click Change. Type in a new path or click Browse to select a directory, and then click OK.

1. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
2. In the Files section, click FTP Accounts.
3. In the FTP Accounts section, click the option you want to use.

With cPanel, you cannot edit FTP Account's working directories. You must delete the user, and then recreate it. For more information, see:

1. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
2. Click FTP Access.

   NOTE: If you don't see the icon, click Show More in the section for the domain name you want to use, and then click FTP Access.

3. Click the user you want to modify.
4. Make any changes you want, and then click OK.
