Integrating Quick Shopping Cart and Website Builder
With Website Builder, you can display products from your Quick Shopping Cart® account on your Website. Visitors can then view and purchase your products. You can also display a navigation link to your online store.
NOTE: You must publish your online store before adding a Quick Shopping Cart app to your website.
To Add Quick Shopping Cart
- Log in to your Website Builder account.
- Click Design Your Pages.
- If necessary, from the Page menu, select the page you want to modify.
- Click Apps, and then drag and drop the Quick Shopping Cart icon over a Drop Zone. Drop Zones display on your Web pages when you hover over them.
- Go to the Select Products tab, and then do the following:
- From the Select Quick Shopping Cart Account menu, select a Quick Shopping Cart account.
- From the Categories section, select the categories and sub-categories associated with products you want to display.
- Go to the Settings tab, and then do the following:
- From the Select display style section, select Thumbnails or Carousel.
- From the Number of products to display section, select a number of Columns and Rows.
- From the Select button style section, select a button style.
- To display product categories, select Display Categories.
- From the Preview tab, confirm that your products display the way you want, and then click OK.
To Create a Navigation Link to Quick Shopping Cart
- Log in to your Website Builder account.
- If you are working in the Page Designer, click Exit Designer.
- From the Add-Ons menu, select Quick Shopping Cart.
- From the Choose Quick Shopping Cart Account list, select a Quick Shopping Cart account.
- In the Navigation button title to display on home page of website field, enter the text you want to display in the link to your online store.
- Click OK.
To see your changes online, you must publish your website.
