Reset Database User Passwords

You can log in to your website's databases as one of the users you created. If you can't log in to it, try resetting the user's password.

  1. Log in to your GoWebsite account.
  2. Click Web Hosting.
  3. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. Click Databases.
  5. Go to the Users tab.
  6. Click the user whose password you want to change.
  7. Complete the on-screen fields, and then click OK.
