Setting up Online File Folder

After purchasing Online File Folder®, you set up your account and specify preferences, such as whether you want to associate your Online File Folder with your email account. Once the setup is complete, it may take up to 30 minutes for your Online File Folder account to become active. When you've finished setting up your account, you can start using your Online File Folder. For information about logging in to your Online File Folder account, see Accessing Your Online File Folder Account.
To Set Up Online File Folder
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Online File Folder.
- Next to the account you want to use, click Setup Account.
- Click Activate.
- Complete the following fields, and then click OK:
- Select Plan — Select the Online File Folder plan you want to use.
- Email — Select the email address you want to associate with your Online File Folder account. If you do not want to associate an email address, select None Associated.
- User Name — Enter the user name you want to log in to Online File Folder.
- Set Password & Confirm — Enter the password you want to use.
