Quick Shopping Cart® lets you use Microsoft® Excel® spreadsheet templates to add, modify and delete tax information for your online store. You must first export a template by downloading it to your computer. You can then use Excel to manage tax information including countries, states, postal codes, and the rates that apply to those variables. When you're done, import the template into Quick Shopping Cart to update the information for your online store.
Your changes do not reflect accurately if before importing a modified template you change tax information at the Operations: Taxes screen in Quick Shopping Cart admin.
