These domain names can have up to 63 characters, with a minimum of one character, and can contain letters (a to z), numbers (0 to 9), and hyphens (except as the first or last characters of the domain name). You cannot register domain names with special characters such as & and #. They do not support IDN (Internationalized Domain Name) characters.

Premium one- and two-letter .build domains will be sold at auction by AfterNic. The timeframe for the release of these domains or if they will renew at the premium rate has not yet been determined.
