Can I carry over unused Express Email Marketing email messages from one billing period to another?
Pardon our dust. We updated our Express Email Marketing plans, and we're in the process of converting customers to the new versions. This article applies only to email-based plans.
No. Your Express Email Marketing® email quota must be used within the billing period for which it was purchased, whether it is monthly or yearly. Unused email messages cannot be carried over to the next billing period.
