Changing Your Online Storage Password in the Email Control Center

If you forget your Online Storage password, you can change it in the Email Control Center.

To Reset Your Online Storage Password

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Click Online Storage.
3. Click Launch next to the account you want to modify.
4. Click the user name of the account you want to modify.
5. In the Change Password and Confirm fields, enter a new password, and then click OK.

NOTE: Your password takes up to 30 minutes to change. Also, username cannot be changed for Online Storage once the account is set up.
