If you no longer want to use Good As Gold, you can close your account by contacting customer support.

Notes

• There is a $20 transaction fee to process the refund of any unused funds, which is taken from the total amount we refund.
• Refunds are sent as checks; we will not wire funds back to your account.
• Requests can take up to 8 weeks to be processed and mailed.
