Fix Failed Scans

If WebsiteLock detect compromises or vulnerabilities, it offers two methods to fix them.

Secure Malware Automatic Removal Tool (SMART)

Available on our Professional and Premium WebsiteLock accounts, SMART performs a scan on all of your website's files and automatically removes malware it detects.

SiteLock Expert Services

For vulnerabilities involving the coding of your Website or deeply-entrenched compromises, WebsiteLock offers its for-a-fee Expert Services. Using this, WebsiteLock's security experts will work with you to resolve complicated issues on your Website.

1. Log in to your GoWebsite account.
2. Click SiteLock.
3. Next to the WebsiteLock account you want to use, click Manage.
4. Click the scan that has failed.
5. At the top, click (Fix Now).
6. Follow any on-screen prompts.
