Give Others Account Access to Your GoWebsite Account

If you want to give access to your GoWebsite account to someone, we recommend using our Account Access tool. Using this tool lets you share access to your products without revealing your password, as well as letting you control the ability for the other user to make purchases or not.

This article assumes you own the account and want to give access to someone like your web designer or developer. If you are the designer or developer, you can request access from the account owner.

1. In your account manager, click the Account settings menu, and then select Delegate access.
2. In the People who can access my account area, click Grant access.
3. Complete the following fields:

   Field	What to do...
   Name	Enter the name of the person you want to give Account Access. They will see the name you enter in the email notifying them of the access. You'll also continue to see this name in your list of who can access your account.
   Email	Enter the new Account Accessor's email. This doesn't have to be the email address on their GoWebsite account.
   Access Levels	Select the level of access you want to give the other user. If you'd like more details about what this will (or won't) let the user do, see Account Access levels of permission

4. Click Invite.

We'll email the user a request to establish an Account Access relationship. Once the user accepts the request, we'll let you know. No further action's required from you!
