You may need to provide certain documents such as articles of incorporation, personal identification, Domain Authorization Letters, etc. for us to process your certificate request.
You can submit the applicable documentation by faxing or emailing it to us for review, however, the easiest and most secure method of providing the document(s) is to upload them to your SSL account.
To Upload Documents for Review
- Scan the document(s) and save the files on your computer. Save the files in a read-only format, such as .pdf or .jpg.
- Log into your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, select SSL Certificates.
- Next to the certificate you want to manage, click Manage Certificate.
- From the Filters list, click Pending Requests then select the domain for which you want to upload documents.
- In the Progress area, click What's the hold up?. If we require documentation from you, the documentation is listed along with an upload form.
- Use the upload function to locate and upload the necessary document(s).
- An RA associate will review the document once they are uploaded.
