Inserting Numbered and Bulleted Lists in Email Messages
When using the Rich Text Editor, you can insert numbered lists and bulleted lists in your Workspace Webmail messages. For more information about formatting text in an email message, see Formatting Text in Email Messages.
To Insert a Numbered List in an Email Message
- Click the Compose button.
- If necessary, click the Rich Text tab.
- Click Ordered List.
- To indent the list, click Increase Indentation.
- To decrease the amount of space the list is indented, click Decrease Indentation.

To Insert a Bulleted List in an Email Message
- Click the Compose button.
- If necessary, click the Rich Text tab.
- Click Unordered List.
- To indent the list, click Increase Indentation.
- To decrease the amount of space the list is indented, click Decrease Indentation.
