Enabling the Web-Based Email Image Paste feature lets you paste images as attachments in email messages.
NOTE: To paste images as attachments, you must have the Web-Based Email Tools plugin. If you do not have the plugin, click Enable Image Paste in the upper-right corner of your Compose window to install it.
To Paste Images as Attachments
You can use the traditional method of clicking Add Attachment, and then locating and selecting the attachment. Or, if you have enabled the Image Paste feature, you can copy and paste the file as an attachment by doing the following:
- Locate the file on your computer.
- Right-click on the file and select Copy.
- In your Web-Based Email Compose window, right-click and select Paste.
The file is added to your message as an attachment and the file name displays in the Attachments list.
