POP or IMAP: How do I know what type of account I have?

Since all Workspace email plans allow POP, you can always use POP to set up your email. However, if you have the Unlimited Business Workspace plan, you can also use IMAP. Learn about the difference between IMAP and POP.

If you are not sure what kind of plan you have, follow these steps:

1. Log into your GoDaddy account.
2. Click Workspace Email.
3. If your Email Plan says Unlimited, then you have IMAP-enabled email. If it doesn't, then you have to use POP to set up your email. If you have it, you should use IMAP to set up your email.
