Resetting Your Hosting Account Password (FTP Password)
If necessary, you can use the hosting Control Panel to change the password for your hosting account. This is the password you use to upload files to your hosting account.
To Change Your Hosting Account Password
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Web Hosting.
- Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
- From the Account Snapshot section, click FTP Accounts, and then click Edit FTP User.
- Enter and confirm your new password, and then click Save.
