Scheduling an Express Email Marketing Survey to Close

You can schedule Express Email Marketing surveys to close on specific dates or after a specified number of responses.

To Schedule a Survey to Close

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Go to the Express Email Marketing Account list, and then click Launch for the account you want to manage.
3. From the natigation bar, select Surveys.
4. Select the unpublished survey you want to publish.
5. Click Publish for the survey you want to publish. The Publish Survey page displays.
6. Go to the Publish Survey window, and then under Close survey, select one of the following options:
   • Never — leaves this survey open until you manually close it.
   • On — lets you specify a date for this survey to close (applies at 11:59PM on the previous day).
   • After xx responses — closes the survey after a specified number of responses are received.
7. Under When survey is completed, select Show confirmation message or Redirect to URL, and then enter the message details in the text box.
8. Under Survey preferences, if you do not want people to take the survey multiple times, select Do not allow respondents to complete this survey more than once.
9. Click Publish.

NOTE: You can change the close date for an active survey by clicking the Edit icon for that survey.
